Process : Pressure Swing Adsorption Oxygen generation process should be same as PSA Nitrogen generation process. In PSA Oxygen generation plant, Zeolite Based Molecular Sieve (ZMS) should be used instead of Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) to generate the Pure Oxygen. Pure Oxygen gas pressure should be available up to 2.2 kg/cm2 (g) with PSA Technology and booster Oxygen Gas compressor should be used in case of Higher Pressure Requirements. | ||
Vaccum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) Based Oxygen Generation Plant should be used for the Capacity above 30 Nm3/hr due to very low operating cost per Nm3 of Oxygen generation as compare to PSA oxygen generation. Feed air blower should be used instead of air compressor, So total power consumption should be minimum 60% less than the conventional PSA Oxygen generation Plant. |
