Our Services

Patel Gas Plants offers round the clock services for trouble shooting, operation and maintenance for its various equipment. We offer One Time Service, Annual Maintenance Contracts and Full Operations and Maintenance Contracts for Non-Cryogenic plants. Call us for trouble shooting, service, annual maintenance and full operations contract for all our equipment.

During the contract:

• PGP will hire engineers for round the clock operation of the plant at client site.
• It fully operate the the Equipment at its expense.
• Shall provide spares for the gas plant free of cost as and when required to ensure smooth and non-stop operation.
• Shall maintain the Equipment as per client overall maintenance schedule.
• Shall demonstrate and Guarantee all product parameters at all times, with penalties for unscheduled stoppages.
• The advantage lies with core competency that Absolut has developed in such operations, so that the overall efficiencies are improved, and operating cost numbers are reduced of the client.

Annual Maintenance Contracts:

PGP offers Annual Maintenance Contracts for their nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen gas plants, so as to take over the responsibility of the equipment and its product parameters with round the clock support.

During the contract:

• PGP shall undertake a minimum of 4-6 visits to the plant site spread over the year, for maintenance of the plant. However, in case of breakdowns, Absolut shall arrange for the engineer visit free of charge.
• PGP engineer visits the site, after giving client at least 7 days notice for the same.
• The AMC shall exclude any maintenance of air compressor and booster compressor for which a separate AMC should be given to respective parties.
• Each visit of Absolut engineer shall undertake supervision of the complete service work, so as to bring out the best efficiencies of the plant.
• PGP charges for the above contract on 6 monthly basis to be paid in advance.
• Any spares required are to be bought separately for the plant.

One Time Servicing or Trouble Shooting:

• PGP Offers One Time Servicing for trouble shooting for its various of Gas Plants.
• The service shall depend upon the type of equipment and the issues involved.
• The spares shall not be included in the service, which has to be bought separately.
