SCOPE OF SUPPLY: 

·         One no. air receiver with all necessary instruments

·         Three Stage Filters to make it oil & dust free before entering in to PSA Towers

·         Twin Towers Composite bed PSA Module with Automatic Change over valves

·         Surge Vessel with drain valve and instruments

·         ZMS ( Zeolite Molecular Sieves ) and activated alumina One Charge filled in PSA Towers

·         Oxygen 3 Way Vent Valve, Set of pressure switches , Pressure gauges , Safety valve and all the necessary instruments that are to be required.

·         Interconnecting  Piping within the skid

·         Rotameters for Oxygen with flow control valve

·         Centralized control panel with PLC

·         Online Percentage type Oxygen Analyzer

·         One no. oxygen storage tank, Size 2 m3 for pure oxygen gas storage

EXCLUSION FROM SCUPE OF SUPPLY (BUYER HAVE TO SUPPLY) 

·         One no. Screw Air compressor with motor and all the electrical (70 – 80 cfm @ 7 Bar g)

·         One no. Refrigerated air dryer unit (120 – 130 cfm @ 7 bar g with +3 to 5 deg C Pressure Dew Point)
